One Way, The Road to Mass Murder reveals for the first time unknown information

Richard Rawlings, his business contacts and personal relationships are exposed for
the first time. It all starts with a young, but mature teen-age girl along with her
younger brother and parents who migrate from the hills of Kentucky to the growing
industrial city of Detroit to seek a better life. Within a matter of months, fate brings
her together with a suave and articulate Jewish businessman who also happens to
be the head of the notorious Purple Gang. Contained in this circle of deceit and
ruthless business dealings there evolves a young engineer who steals a valuable and
secret manufacturing process sanctioned by the U.S. Government for war use. The
process makes him a multi-millionaire and eventually a prominent figure within
the Rawlings “round table” of friends as an advisor. In this ring of events there
comes a time which leads to a star baseball player to become involved with a Detroit
crime family that may have cost the Detroit Tigers the pennant in 1967. One Way
puts all the pieces of the crime puzzle together and explains the step by step process
that led to the mass murders on that overcast day in the early summer of 1968.

We visited Good Hart Michigan this summer and while there, I learned that this novel is based on an "unsolved" mass murder that took place in Good Hart many years ago. The author did a lot of research on this case and from it created a very intricate and interesting story of the people and events leading up the this murder. If you like murder mysteries and intricate stories, or if you are from Michigan, you may enjoy reading this novel.Product details

Did not like profanity and ending.
I have lived in the community where the real murderstook place so that was the interest but other that that I found it hard to follow the story line with all the jumping around. I had problems with his 1st book & found that he relied upon some locals who did not live in the community at the the time of the murders.
